This site belongs to Alex Tofan, a web developer based in Toronto, Canada (“I”, “me”). It explains what happens to the information you share here.

What I collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, email, business name, the service and budget you choose, and your message. The demo sites on aelexea.dev send their form requests to me in the same way.

How it is used

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare a quote and run the project. I don’t sell or share your details, and I don’t add you to a mailing list.

Who processes it

Forms are delivered by Formspree, which forwards each submission to my email. Like any website, the server and Cloudflare keep short technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

How long I keep it

Enquiries stay in my email for as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable business records. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under Canada’s privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Email [email protected] and I’ll respond within 30 days.
