01 · Kitchens

From a new layout to a full gut and rebuild, we plan the kitchen with you, handle permits and structural changes, and coordinate every trade from demolition day to the last line of backsplash grout.

02 · Bathrooms
Bathrooms and ensuites rebuilt from the studs, waterproofed properly and tiled with care.
Most bathroom problems start behind the tile. We strip back to the studs, fix what we find, install a full waterproofing membrane and then build the room you chose: walk-in showers, freestanding tubs, heated floors and vanities that fit.

03 · Basements
Warm, dry and permitted living space: family rooms, guest suites and home offices.
A finished basement is the most affordable square footage in a GTA house. We start with moisture control and insulation, then frame, wire and finish the space with the same care as the floors above, with permits and inspections handled for you.

04 · Flooring
Engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl and tile, installed flat, quiet and square.
We lift the old floor, level the subfloor properly and install engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank or large-format tile, including stair treads, nosings and new baseboards, so the room looks finished rather than patched.

Starting prices are in Canadian dollars before HST and based on typical GTA projects. Your quote is fixed in writing after the site visit, once the design and materials are chosen.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We visit, measure and talk through options at no cost, then send a written estimate within five business days. There is no obligation to go ahead.
What does a fixed written quote mean?
Once you approve the design and materials, the price in the contract is the price you pay. It only changes if you ask for a change, and every change is priced and signed before we do it.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We prepare the drawings, apply for building permits where the work needs them and book the city inspections. Permit fees are listed in your quote.
Can we live at home during the renovation?
Usually, yes. We seal the work area with dust barriers, protect the floors on the way in and tidy up every evening. For kitchens we can set up a temporary sink station.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Our workmanship: anything we built or installed that fails because of how it was done. Products carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we register for you.
